At Swan Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
